Marketing Data Management
Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to collect and format required data/information for RFQ forms, incorporating “should cost” and “like item” benchmarking information for new products and POP/displays.
Complete and follow up on RFQs, including coordinating with stakeholders to obtain data
Analyze RFQ results and report findings to marketing associate.
Initiate and follow up on category specific STEP projects (new item set-ups) and IMCs (item master changes)
Ensure marketing data integrity by engaging in data checks for others’ STEP projects, i.e. checking descriptions, product line attributes that are owned by marketing
Set up UPCs for new products
Maintain system data and item maintenance through STEP
Provide workflow approval to discontinue items (Sku rationalization, Sku deletes)
Demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset – through participation in events and activities that lead to financial gain, time savings, and/or waste reduction for the business.
Customer & Marketing Support
Assist marketing in product line prep review
Complete prototype and sample requests for products and displays
Maintain the competitive and prototype library for the category
Maintain the Liberty University Category modules
Assist with Art Shop Hub request for packaging, labels, fact tags and displays including entering and proofing.
Assist customer marketing in presentation preparation and administration
Complete and follow through on sample and display work orders, including commercial invoices
Complete Customer Specific In-Store Service Requests (i.e., THD ISSR’s).
Coordinate the ordering and shipping of samples to support customer specific marketing reviews (i.e., THD Seeds) and social media programs (bloggers, etc.)
Assist with expedited shipments of marketing materials
