PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Loads and unloads material within a warehouse
Replenishment of assigned locations in a timely manner
Maintain safety and pedestrian awareness at all times
Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse
Assist with inventory management
Properly tagging of pallets
Proper and timely storage of product
Practice proper lifting methods at all times
Properly dispose of any debris cause by the operation in waste containers
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
High School Diploma/GED
Previous forklift experience.
Ability to operate a stand-up or sit down forklift
Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience
Ability to stand and work for 8 – 12 hours per day
Able to keep production, accuracy and safety standards
Ability to do basic math skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Legible, clear, concise and effective written skills
Flexibility to be cross trained on other equipment and functions
Hand dexterity and strength
